We are a privately owned company currently employing 8 people to deliver its services in East Germany to 320 different properties. Our fresh, practical and hands on approach to property management has proved us to be very successful at building long term relationships with both property developers and tenants. We understand the importance of providing an efficient and reliable service especially in an industry where this frequently does not occur.

The staff of G&B Property-Source has a combined total of over 35 years of property, project management and client service experience; because of this we truly understand the importance of consistency and have acquired over 75% of our portfolio via word of mouth.
